All sales are final and non-refundable. KASHMIR BEAUTY™ does not exchange hair due to sanitation reasons. Cancellations will not be accepted after transaction is processed, so please ensure that you're purchasing the correct hair extensions/services. We take pride in delivering high-quality hair products to ensure customer satisfaction. If any issues arise, we are dedicated to finding a solution.
Fraud Policy

There is zero-tolerance for fraudulent activity. When you decide to place an order and then dispute your payment after the items have been delivered with no given reason it will be reported to your local police department. If your shipping and billing address do NOT match, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. If an alternate address is needed for shipping please contact us directly. Orders over $600 are considered high-value and will be subject to I.D verification before shipping.

Shipping Policy

KASHMIR BEAUTY™ is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. All hair is pre-ordered. Please allow at least 1-3 DAYS to process your order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided. Make sure to check your spam folder. Tracking activity will become available after 24 hours. It is your responsibility to keep up with the location of your order once the tracking number is sent.
PLEASE make sure your billing and shipping information is correct. Once your order is placed we cannot ship to a different address. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.

All items are shipped via FedEx/DHL and take about 3-7 business days. Some carriers may have shipping delays that are out of our control. PLEASE GIVE US 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped.
